Master 1023 & 1024 note: All
files in that update package are verified with steam. It seems steam
changed somethings with sounds, when we did "verify integrity of game
cache" with steam, steam also updated the whole sound folder. So i put
the new sound folder below. (to install just extract that in left4dead
folder) Old sounds in master 1023 update will work, however they are
outdated for steam.
New sound folder: Sound.7z

Standalone Patches:
Standalone for L4D V6 Beta 1
Standalone makes the game run without Steam installed.
You will be able to see online servers.
You will be able to host your own server for other non-steam clients.
